Email sign-up

When you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your email address and, if provided, your first name. We use this to send you emails about new content, products, and updates. We use ConvertKit (Kit) to manage our email list. Your data is stored on their servers — you can read their privacy policy at convertkit.com/privacy.

Brand quiz

When you complete our brand quiz, we collect your email address to send you your result and follow-up emails. We also tag your subscriber record in Kit with your quiz result so we can send you relevant content.

Testimonial submissions

If you submit a testimonial via our website, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your submission. Your email is used only to follow up with you before anything is published — it will never be made public.

Product purchases

Our digital products are sold through Beacons. When you make a purchase, your payment and personal data are handled by Beacons and their payment processors. We do not store your payment details. Please refer to Beacons' privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.

3. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
